She claimed in an interview that she was raised in a loving environment despite the chaos around her and that she ultimately grew up in a broken home as a result of her parents’ separation when she was about 8 or 9 years old. At that time, she wanted to stay with her father, while her two brothers preferred their mother, but her father insisted that she go with her mother. She continued by saying that family members had advised her to enroll in a convent for her secondary school education because of her rebellious behavior.
